State police at the Fogelsville barracks said that Jessica L. McLaughlin, 41, of Schnecksville, was cited after a two-vehicle crash at 6:34 a.m. Oct. 1 on Kernsville Road, Lowhill Township.

Police said she was driving a 2011 Nissan Murano when she made an illegal U-turn and the Murano was struck by a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado driven west by Craig M. Reichard, 59, of Allentown.

No one was injured.
