State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police said two transformers were damaged in a criminal mischief incident they were called to at 11:17 a.m. July 27 on Lake Road, Hamilton Township.

The victim is J.D. Didado Electric, Akron, Ohio.

Police said the transformers were valued at $1,941.03 and $2,880.33.

• Police said Devon Miller, 47, of Tannersville, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after they responded to an incident at 6:33 a.m. Aug. 13 at the intersection of Route 209 and the Neola Road, Hamilton Township.

She was found unresponsive in the driver’s seat of a vehicle that was parked on the side of the road, police said, and subsequently taken into custody.

• Police said two people were cited for harassment by physical contact after they responded to a fight at 4:41 p.m. Aug. 17 on Betty’s Drive, Hamilton Township.

Charged were a 57-year-old man and a 14-year-old girl, both from Stroudsburg.

Police said the man and a 52-year-old woman from Stroudsburg were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when the man shoved the woman, causing her to fall. At that time, the woman’s juvenile daughter began striking the man with her hands, causing scratches to his face and left arm, police said.

• A 46-year-old man from Plainview, New York, and a 45-year-old man from McAdoo were cited for public drunkenness after police were dispatched for a welfare check at 1 a.m. Aug. 19 on Milford Road, Middle Smithfield Township.

Police said the men were found standing on the shoulder of the road in highly intoxicated states.

• A 37-year-old woman from Effort is facing charges of driving under of alcohol after police made a traffic stop at 3:25 a.m. Aug. 20.

She was stopped in a 2010 Mazda3 at 21 Bossardville Road, Hamilton Township, and was taken into custody.
