Smith named to New Tripoli Bank board of directors
New Tripoli Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin N. Smith to its board of directors.
Smith is an experienced professional who currently serves as the general manager for the Olde Homestead Golf Club, principal for Resurgent Golf Advisors, treasurer for the Ebenezer Union Cemetery Association, and president of the Northwestern Lehigh Firefighter Foundation.
In addition, Smith is the fifth generation of Snyder family members to serve on the bank’s board.
“Justin impressed the board with his significant experience in business, finance and management,” said David R. Hunsicker, chairman of New Tripoli Bank’s board of directors.
“He has shown a strong commitment to community throughout his career which is integral to our bank,” Hunsicker said.
Smith is a graduate of Albright College in Reading, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management.
He served as supervisor and chairman for Lynn Township from 2012 to 2024, for which he was recognized with the PSATS Intergovernmental Award for his work with the township.
During the same period, Smith was president of the Northwestern Recreation Commission, helping to raise a record amount of funds for the organization. He previously served on the board of directors for the Northwestern Lehigh Educational Foundation.
Smith brings with him a background of management, financial analysis, business operations and project planning that are integral to the continued expansion of the Bank.
He has additional experience working with online brand management and financial offerings which will be vital as the Bank continues to expand its digital offerings.
“I am excited to join New Tripoli Bank’s board of directors and help shepherd the bank into the future,” Smith said of his appointment.
