Carbon County court

The following defendants were before Common Pleas Judge Steven Serfass in Carbon County Court on Jan. 25 and 26:

• Randy Dieter, 51, of Ashfield, was sentenced to 72 hours to 6 months in the Carbon County Correctional Facility after pleading guilty to a first offense driving under the influence: controlled substance - impaired ability. Dieter was also fined $1,000 related to that plea.

In a separate incident, Dieter was sentenced to 3 months to 5 years in state prison after pleading guilty to a second offense DUI: controlled substance - impaired ability. He was fined $1,500 related to that plea.

In a third incident, Dieter was sentenced to 1 to 7 years in state prison after pleading guilty to a third offense DUI: controlled substance - schedule 2 or 3. He was fined $2,500 related to that plea.

In a fourth incident, Dieter was sentenced to 1 to 7 years in state prison after pleading guilty to a fourth or subsequent offense DUI: controlled substance - schedule 2 or 3. He was fined $2,500 related to that plea.

In a fifth incident, Dieter was sentenced to 1 to 10 years in state prison after pleading guilty to a fourth or subsequent offense DUI: controlled substance - impaired ability. He was fined $2,500 related to that plea.

• Michael Campagna, 39, of Lehighton, was fined $525 after pleading guilty to driving while operating privilege was suspended or revoked and careless driving.

• James Gaudio, 27, of Jim Thorpe, was sentenced to 6 months probation and fined $300 after pleading guilty to a first offense DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely. Gaudio must also complete 25 hours of community service.

• Alex Hernandez, 25, of Hazleton, was sentenced to 3 days to 6 months in the Carbon County Correctional Facility and a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a first offense DUI: controlled substance – impaired ability. Hernandez must also complete 25 hours of community service.

• Mark Allen Solt, 54, of Palmerton, was fined $25 after pleading guilty to obscured plates.

• Brandi Sue Haley, 49, of Saylorsburg, was sentenced to six months of probation and a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a second offense DUI: general impairment /incapable of driving safely. Haley will also have to complete 25 hours of community service.

• Heather Arena, 46, of Palmerton, was sentenced to 3 days to 6 months in Carbon County Prison, followed by 6 months of probation and a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a first offense DUI: controlled substance – schedule 2 or 3 and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Arena will also have to complete 25 hours of community service.

• Jackson Crane, 28, of Linden, was sentenced to 5 days to 6 months in Carbon County Prison and a fine of $500 after pleading guilty to a second offense DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely. Linden will also have to complete 25 hours of community service.

• Maya Bradshaw, 25, of Easton, was sentenced to 3 days to 6 months in Carbon County Prison and a fine of $1,000 after pleading guilty to a first offense DUI: controlled substance – impaired ability. Bradshaw will also have to complete 25 hours of community service.

• Elizabeth Disaverio, 61, of Cherryville, was sentenced to 6 months probation and a $300 fine after pleading guilty to a first offense DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely. Disaverio will also have to complete 25 hours of community service.

• Troy Deric Sterling, 20, of Lehighton, was sentenced to 6 months probation and fined $300 after pleading guilty to a first offense DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely. Sterling will also have to complete 25 hours of community service.

The following defendants went before Senior Judge Thomas Munley in Carbon County Court on Feb. 2:

• Ginger Bachman, 55, of Scotrun, was sentenced to two years probation after pleading guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct.

The following defendants went before Common Pleas Judge Joseph Matika in Carbon County Court on Feb. 2:

• Kenneth Diaz, 44, of Palmerton, was sentenced to 37 days to 1 year in Carbon County Prison after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct.

• Mamie Weah Maureen Duncan, 34, of Old Forge, was fined $100 after pleading guilty to driving an unregistered vehicle and displaying plate card in an improper vehicle.

• Violet Hauze, 31, was sentenced to 1-18 months in Carbon County Prison with a concurrent one-year probation period after pleading guilty to identity theft, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Delano Jashawn Wilson, 23, of Allentown, was sentenced to one year probation and a $200 fine after pleading guilty to intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, false identification to law enforcement, and driving while operating privilege was suspended or revoked.

• Alexis Bauder, 21, of Lansford, was sentenced to 6 months probation after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct.

• Kevin Fisher, 60, of Lehighton, was sentenced to 6 months to 3 years in state prison after pleading guilty to default in required appearance.

• Alexxine Tyler Mendez, 31, of Newtown, New Jersey, was sentenced to 18 months probation after pleading guilty to criminal use of a communication facility.

• Stephen Lou Livermon II, 35, of Danielsville, was placed in the ARD program for one year after being charged with indecent exposure, resisting arrest, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, pedestrian walking on highway and intoxicated pedestrian causing hazard.

• Jessica Ann Hitzler, 37, of Lehighton, was placed in the ARD program for one year after being charged with endangering the welfare of children.

• Anthony J. Iannelli, 23, of Bethlehem, was sentenced to 90 days to 1 year in Carbon County Prison, and a $200 fine, after pleading guilty to use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving without a license and fraudulent use or removal of registration plate.

• Anthony J. Iannelli, 23, of Bethlehem, was sentenced to 40 days to 1 year in Carbon County Prison after pleading guilty to criminal mischief and resisting arrest. He was also sentenced to 231 days to 5 years in Carbon County Prison, and $2,500 in fines, after pleading guilty to a second offense DUI: controlled substance – impaired ability and driving while BAC is .02 or greater while license is suspended.
