Charges are pending in a two-vehicle crash along Route 93 in Nesquehoning early Friday morning. According to Nesquehoning Police Chief Sean Smith, at 6:50 a.m., a blue Toyota was traveling south when the driver lost control and traveled into the northbound lane, almost striking another vehicle. The Toyota struck a guide rail and then a silver Toyota just south of the county prison entrance. Smith did not say if there were injuries. The investigation is continuing.
