The Panther Valley Public Library will offer assistance to seniors age 60 and older who qualify for the rent/property tax rebate in preparing federal income tax form 1040 and the Pennsylvania tax return.

Patrons can drop off their tax information at the library at 117 E. Bertsch St. in Lansford from 9-11 a.m. on Feb. 3 and March 10.

Appointments are required for these services. Call the library at 570-645-3780 from 9 a.m. to noon Monday and Wednesday, or 5-7 p.m. Thursday to schedule an appointment.
