Schuylkill County announced Friday that it has been notified that five employees have tested positive this week for COVID-19.

Contact tracing has been completed by human resources and 10 co-workers were exposed/unprotected and are in quarantine.

Citing HIPAA guidelines, Schuylkill County’s human resources department said it will keep all medical information confidential and will only disclose it on a need-to-know basis.
