September 28, 1974 - Mike Hunsicker throws for 285 yards and four touchdowns to lead Slatington to an impressive 36-0 victory over Notre Dame. Hunsicker completes 11-of-19 passes with his first scoring toss, a 65-yarder, coming in the opening quarter to Robert “Yogi” Edwards. The Bulldogs’ QB also connects with Bob Harwi on a 23-yard scoring toss and Steve Hluschak on a 27-yarder before finding Edwards again with a 50-yard TD strike. The winners, coached by Rich Snell, also receive a 5-yard touchdown run from Hluschak. Slatington finishes the contest with 417 yards of offense.
