August 22, 2011 - Three Jim Thorpe tennis players win in straight sets to help the Lady Olympians gain their first victory of the season - a 5-2 decision over Pottsville. Thorpe’s Gabbie Binder, Haley Cope and Maria Donati all cruised to those wins, while No. 1 player Kasey Herman pulled out a tough three-set victory. The Olympians, coached by Norb Lienhard, also received a double wins from the team of Gabby Kline and Lindsay Capper.
