Christopher Gravel, 39, of Pottsville, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks after an incident at 6:05 p.m. Aug. 5 on Route 61 in North Manheim Township.

Police said he was walking around the Cressona Mall parking lot and the Long John Silver’s restaurant wearing nothing but boxers.

Police said they were informed Gravel was drinking out of a cleat bottle. They said a clear, empty bottle of liquor was located near his clothes.
