I never thought I would be able to say that I lived in a country where an entire political party would fight so hard to ensure that I risk my very life if I want to vote. I always thought that it was just the opposite. I imagined that the people in this country cared about one another and not just themselves.

Well, it seems that Donald Trump has now given Republicans, the Supreme Court and anyone else with the power of decision someone to model themselves after. Congratulations - you have exceeded his expectations and ensured that this country’s citizens’ lives may come to an end if they want to vote.

While we have been faced with this choice before, it has been a very long time since we have had to face it within our own country. We appear to be on the brink of another civil war. You are either with Trump or against Trump. There is no Democracy left! We do not all deserve representation anymore. Only those who agree with Trump, McConnell and Republicans have rights and they will do whatever they can to ensure that fact.

Is this still the United States of America? If we do not protect ourselves, no one will. Please - vote in November. Make the effort or we are lost.
