A Monroe County mas has been cited after he was involved in what police said was a road rage incident in Lehigh County.

Upper Macungie Township police said the incident occurred at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday along Route 100, southbound, just north of Schantz Road. Police said Carlos A. Serrano-Osorio, 45, of Blakeslee, got angry when another driver would not let him get into the far right travel lane.

He then threw a cup of ice at the other driver. He then got out of his vehicle when traffic was stopped and attempted to open the door of the other driver in an effort to fight with the driver. The door was locked and Serrano-Osorio could not gain access.

Police said they charged Serrano-Osorio with disorderly conduct and littering.
