Penn State in Schuylkill Haven is offering the Supervision Essentials series focusing on developing practical skills related to successfully supervising and leading individuals and teams.

The first session, beginning Thursday and running through Nov. 15, covers supervisory roles and responsibilities, and managing employee performance. The second session begins on Jan. 10 and runs through Feb. 28, and covers solving problems and managing priorities and developing individuals and teams. Both sessions are held on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to noon, and the cost is $1,200 per session.
