Workers use two cranes and extra manpower Thursday morning to hoist Rita's Ice signage into place at Hometown Village Square, 220 Claremont Ave., Route 309.  The site is located adjacent to Nancy’s Fresh Cut Market. A grand opening date hasn’t been determined but the corporation's Facebook page indicates that work is moving ahead diligently to get the new Rita's opened as soon as possible.  Interviews for seasonal workers took place onsite on Monday.
