Judge, 45, Palmerton, was driving a 1999 Honda CBR900 motorcycle westbound at a high rate of speed. As he attempted to move from the right lane to the exit lane for Parryville, he lost control, troopers said. The bike struck the curb of the concrete island before turning on its side. The bike then traveled 28 feet and struck another curb. Troopers said Judge and the bike traveled about 38 feet and struck an embankment. He was taken by ambulance to St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill. Troopers were assisted at the scene by volunteers from the Parryville Fire Company.

Paules, 26, Bowmanstown, was driving a 1990 Jeep Comanche at a speed too fast for conditions when he lost control and struck a fence along the berm. After striking the fence the Jeep continued eastbound sideways into more fencing and came to rest facing north. Paules was not injured but the Jeep had to be towed. He was cited for driving a vehicle at a unsafe speed.

MacDonald, 55, Hazleton, was driving a 2016 Nissan Juke southbound on Second and failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection with North, continuing through the intersection where her vehicle struck a 2011 Dodge Charger driven by Robert G. Hontz, 38, of Harleysville, who was eastbound on North. No one was injured. The Juke sustained disabling damages to the driver’s side front and rear door and body while the Charger had damages to the front passenger fender and headlight, but was able to be driven from the scene.
