PPL Utilities is reporting 1,000 people without power in Mahoning Valley.

According to the PPL website, the cause is a blown fuse or tripped breaker. Crews are on the way.

Estimated time of restoration is 1:3o a.m. A loud bang was heard at West Lizard and Miller Lane. It is unknown if this is related.
