Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Criminal attempt:Anthony Borrelli, 31, Slatedale, was charged with criminal attempt, loitering and prowling at night, and defiant trespass, for an incident July 4 in the 400 block of Lafayette Avenue.Aggravated assault:Brandon Coulson, 28, Palmerton, was charged with aggravated assault and resisting arrest, for an incident July 14 in the 600 block of West Princeton Avenue.Disorderly conduct:AmyBethHollenbach, 39, Palmerton, was charged with disorderly conduct, for an incident July 31 in the 500 block of Franklin Avenue.A juvenile referral was filed against a 15-year-old Palmerton male for loitering and prowling at night, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct, for an incident July 16 on Columbia Avenue.Public drunkenness:Shirley Kuntz, 73, Palmerton, was charged with public drunkenness and alcoholic beverages, for an incident July 29 at Third Street and Delaware Avenue.Junking of vehicles prohibited:Daniel Sickonic, 27, of Margate, Florida, was charged with junking of vehicles prohibited, for an incident May 16 at Alley E and Second Street.Maximum gross weight:Citations for maximum gross weight were issued to the following: Howard Beltran, 56, Jersey City, New Jersey; Carlos Loaiza, 44, Dover, New Jersey; Antonio Carlos Paiva, 64, of Long Island, New York; Alan Homschek, 40, of Budd Lake, New Jersey; Jose Miranda, 59, of Summit, New Jersey; Mario Barragan, 52, Budd Lake, New Jersey; Carlos Jimenez, 34, Oakland Gardens, New York; Eduardo Rodrigues-Dacosta, 47, Lyndhurt, New Jersey; Mark Blizzard, 36, Paterson, New Jersey; James Hayer Jr., 34, Paterson, New Jersey; Roberto Mejias, 31, Clifton, New Jersey; Medardo Silva, 49, Hillside, New Jersey; Marco Munoz, 42, Newark, New Jersey; Anthony Bernal, 49, Hackensack, New Jersey; and Jose Pacheco, 52, of Newark, New Jersey.Citations:Police also issued 24 citations for vehicle violations; 11 for traffic violations; five citations for speeding; and three for unlawful activities.
