The Tamaqua Community Art Center, 125 Pine St., Tamaqua, is offering a two-day workshop to help budding artists learn more about the techniques used by decorative artists. The classes will be taught by Amy Mogish of Hometown on March 8 and 15. Times for both classes are 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Reservations are required and must be made by Wednesday. There are two different fee schedules. Participants will need to bring a ruler, tape, a No. 2 lead pencil and a clipboard.For more information or to reserve a seat, call 570-668-1192.
