Wants firearms rights

Thomas P. McArdle, 15 Bowmans Road, Lehighton, is asking the court to restore his firearms rights, which, he claims, have been wrongfully deprived him by the Pennsylvania State Police Firearms Division, Harrisburg. The plaintiff states the state police's reasoning in denying his application for the restoration of his firearms rights is because of a "Disabling Offense" that happened in 1995 in the Borough of Birdsboro, Berks County, which then constituted his third conviction of driving under the influence within a five-year period. He was also convicted of DUI in 1991 and 1992.The plaintiff claims he is entitled to his firearms rights under a section of the PA Consolidated Statutes that states the court shall grant such relief if a period of 10 years has passed since the applicant's most recent conviction.Bank records judgmentsCapital One Bank, Glen Allen, Virginia, has placed on record judgments against three individuals who it states have balances owed it on judgments ordered in 2011 by county magisterial district judges. One judgment is against Jennifer L.
