A Tamaqua woman was cited for using another woman's credit card without permission.

The card's owner contacted Tamaqua police after her Santander Bank credit card was lost or stolen on Oct. 17.Checking on the card's purchase history, officers learned the card had been used nine times for a total of $484.58.The card was used at Boyer's Food Mart in Tamaqua and the HT Commons Walmart in Hometown on Oct. 19. Those purchases were made by Amanda Lynn Cope, 27, whose last known address wasHunter Street.Cope was cited for access device fraud, theft of mislaid property and receiving stolen property.
