Unauthorized use: A man is being sought on a charge of unauthorized use stemming from an incident in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville saidthe victim,of Girardville, had given permission to Nethanial Paul Shea, 34, no address given, to use his vehicle. However, the victim then told Shea he no longer had permission to the use the vehicle but he did.A warrant for Shea's arrest has been issued charging him with unauthorized use of an automobile. Troopers are seeking his whereabouts.Anyone with information concerning Shea is asked to call troopers at 570-874-5300 or the Schuylkill County Communications Center.Charged with harassment: A Schuylkill County woman has been charged with harassment following an incident that occurred at 2:15 p.m. Tuesdayon Lower Street, in the village of Morea, Mahanoy Township.State police at Frackville said Diane Felegie, no address given, and another person, not identified by troopers, were involved in a verbal argument that turned physical when she bit the other person on the arm.Charges were filed.Car, deer collide on I-81:A Tamaqua man's car and a deer collided along Interstate 81 on Tuesday evening.State police at Frackville said Christopher L. Hauer, 26, was driving a 2001 Toyota Corolla northbound at 8:12 p.m. in Ryan Township when a deer entered the road in front of him.Hauer applied his brakes but was unable to avoid colliding with the deer. The right front of the car impacted with the deer.Hauer was able to pull onto the berm. He was not injured.
