A Lansford woman was sent back to Schuylkill County jail after admitting she violated the terms of her parole.

President Judge William E. Baldwin revoked the parole ofElizabeth J. Ostrowski, 47, and ordered her to be able to be released on parole only to an inpatient rehabilitation facility.Ostrowski on April 22, 2015, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, and Baldwin placed her on probation for 12 months.However, she violated the terms when she again used a controlled substance and committed other infractions.Ostrowski was charged by Tamaqua police with possessing paraphernalia on April 7, 2014.In other cases, Baldwin placed two local people into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, their records may be expunged. Admission into the program is not an admission of guilt.Kevin S. Bosworth, 21, of Barnesville: Charged by Mahanoy City police with four counts of criminal mischief and two of disorderly conduct on Aug. 21, 2015.Baldwin admitted Bosworth into ARD for 12 months. He also ordered him to pay $558 in restitution to John Bowman Sr. and $1,536 to Progressive Insurance.Bosworth was also ordered to $350 to offset the cost of ARD, and to perform 10 hours of community service.Nixon Baez,23, of Hazleton: Charged by Rush Township police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Sept. 18, 2015.Baldwin admitted Baez into ARD for 12 months. He also ordered him to pay $350 to offset the cost of ARD, and to perform 10 hours of community service.In other cases, Baldwin sentencedNicholas J. Toth, 22, of New Ringgold, to 24 months in the restrictive intermediate punishment program, and to pay court costs and fees, and to and $2,415 restitution.Baldwin also ordered Toth to perform 40 hours of community service.Toth pleaded guilty on Aug. 26 to 10 counts of receiving stolen property, filed by state police at Frackville for crimes Toth committed on Nov. 1, 2015, in Mahanoy Township.
