Seven defendants entered guilty pleas on Tuesday to driving under the influence charges.

Judge Steven R. Serfass accepted the pleas from the following:Brina Patrick Pinch, 45, of Albrightsville, was arrested on Sept. 4, 2015, along Route 903 in Penn Forest Township by state police at Fern Ridge. A test showed 0.10 BAC. Troopers said Pinch was observed operating an all-terrain vehicle at the time of the stop.Serfass sentenced him to serve 30 days to 24 months in prison, a fine of $500, one-year license suspension and render 100 hours of community service when released on parole.He will begin the jail term at 6:30 a.m. April 18 and serve it on consecutive two-day periods of Monday to Wednesday.Jonathon Edward Anthony, 39, of Lehighton, was arrested on Oct. 27, 2015, along Route 209 in Franklin Township by state police at Lehighton. A test showed 0.23 BAC.Sentencing was deferred so Anthony could obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation.Tyler Raymond Baker, 45, of Lansford, was arrested on Aug. 1, 2015, along Bridge Street in Weissport by state police at Lehighton. A test showed 0.17 BAC.A first offense, he was placed on probation for six months and ordered to pay a fine of $300 and render 25 hours of community service.Kevin Patrick Toomey, 55, of Bethlehem, and formerly of Jim Thorpe, was arrested on July 19, 2015, along Route 209 in Lehighton by state police at Lehighton. A test showed 0.11 BAC.He was placed on probation for six months and ordered to pay a fine of $300 and render 25 hours of community service.Christopher Henry Pitt, 40, of Albrightsville, was arrested on Sept. 27, 2015, along Route 903 in Penn Forest Township by state police at Fern Ridge. A test showed 0.15 BAC.He was placed on probation for six months and ordered to pay a fine of $300 and render 25 hours of community service.Tylar Allen Romanishan, 21, of Palmerton, was arrested on Sept. 27, 2014, along Route 209 at Bridge Street in Lehighton by state police at Lehighton. A test showed the presence of a controlled substance.He also pleaded to possession of drug paraphernalia.Sentencing was deferred.Ronald Charles Beltzner II, 44, of Palmerton, was arrested on Oct. 10, 2015, along Route 209 in Lehighton by state police at Lehighton. A test showed 0.11 BAC.He was placed on probation for six months and ordered to pay a fine of $300 and render 25 hours of community service.Each defendant was also ordered to pay court costs of about $1,000, pay a $50 per month supervision fee while on probation or parole and follow all recommendations of their drug and alcohol evaluation.
