Honor roll status for the third quarter of the 2015-2016 school year at MMI Preparatory School, Freeland, was announced by Thomas G. Hood, head of school.

To earn a place on the honor roll, a student must have a cumulative average in all core subjects of 85.0, have attained an average of 70.0 or better in each course, have no "incompletes" at the end of the nine-week grading period, be enrolled in a complete schedule of courses and have a satisfactory citizenship record.The following local students have earned recognition for the third quarter of the 2015-2016 school year:Sixth grade: Keiran Mele and Dustin Paul, both of Jim Thorpe.Seventh grade: Samantha Sparich, Weatherly.Eighth grade: Kai Mele, Jim Thorpe.10th grade: Lauren Babinetz, John Malay and Abigail Paul, all of Jim Thorpe; Mark Sitch, Weatherly; and Cole Wenner, Lehighton.12th Grade: Andreas Boosalis, Weatherly; Shaelyn Heft, Lehighton; Sarah Moyer, Bowmanstown; Karalyn Sitch, Weatherly; and Nash Wenner, Lehighton.
