A Carbon County woman admitted to two theft incidents in the county court on Monday before Judge Joseph J. Matika.

Randi Alexandria Solt, 27, of Lehighton, pleaded to incidents involving theft from her mother and one from a friend. Both incidents were the result of her drug addiction.Solt was charged by Lansford police for an incident on June 2 when she took various items from the home in the 100 block of West Ridge Street, Lansford. Lansford police also charged her with taking medication belonging to her mother on July 8.Solt admitted to a drug addiction problem. She is currently in prison facing a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.On the first theft count Matika sentenced her to time served (70 days) to one year in jail and ordered her to make restitution of $1,790 to the victim. On the second count she was placed on probation for a year, consecutive to the first count, and ordered to make restitution of $7 to her mother.Matika also ordered her to get a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow any recommendation for treatment, zero tolerance for drug and alcohol use, supply a DNA sample and render a total of 100 hours of community service when released from custody.
