The Democrats for Change have changed their name to Democrats for Progress.

The name change was voted on at the October meeting.In other action, the club has canceled the Nov. 24 meeting due to how close it is to Thanksgiving.The Dec. 22 meeting will be a holiday party. Those interested in attending should call President Linda Christman at 415-847-1607.Democrats for Progress is an active countywide Democratic club which supports progressive ideas, legislation and candidates.
