The first purchase was for eight pills; and the second and third purchases, 10 pills each for a total cost of $280.Before the purchases, Wuttke searched the informant's vehicle to make sure no money or contraband was in their possession. He then parked close enough to see the front of Wernett's residence without being seen. Officer Richard Neikam and Smith followed the informant to Wernett's residence. The informant then entered the home and spent approximately 5-10 minutes with Wernett on each buy.Following the purchases, the informant again met with Wuttke and Smith and turned over the buy, which was wrapped in aluminum foil and contained light green tablets.
