State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a scattering of rubbish incident at a Schuylkill County location.

Troopers said several unknown actors were observed illegally dumping and burning miscellaneous items on private land east of the Burma Road, in East Norwegian Township. The incident occurred about 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30.One of the actors fled in a red Dodge Ram truck from behind Matto's Cycle's. Troopers said witnesses provided leads on identifying the individuals and the investigation is ongoing.
