A McAdoo man has been cited for altering/forging a state inspection sticker.

The altered sticker was discovered on April 20 when borough police were patrolling on East Grant Street.The sticker was on a Ford motor home owned by Charles Natale, 413 E. Grant St. A number eight had been placed over the three on a sticker that expired 3-2013.
