Zammito slowed her vehicle to let Brozoski get in front of her.Brozoski pulled in front of her and locked up the brakes. The trooper says in his affidavit, "At this time the driver (Brozoski) got out of his vehicle and charged Zammito's vehicle, screaming. Brozoski then struck Zammito's hood of her vehicle several times with closed fists leaving several large dents in the hood."Brozoski went to a service station, with Zammito following him there while phoning 9-1-1.At the service station, Brozoski screamed at Zammito to "call the f..... cops; go ahead call the f.... cops," according to Trooper Kingsley. "Brozoski threw a small copper object from his truck at us and yelled, 'It's a grenade.'"Trooper Kingsley said he tried speaking with Brozoski several times via the speaker of his patrol car, but Brozoski yelled at him, "You're a f..... puss. I'm going to blow you up. F... you."Throughout the situation, the trooper said he observed Brozoski drinking several bottles of beer, then tossing the glass bottles from the vehicle.
