Donald Brozoski, 50, whose last address was Blakeslee, will face trial in Carbon County Court regarding two separate motor vehicle cases:

• One involves a road rage incident in which he allegedly pounded on a woman's 2010 Mercedes-Benz with his fists and put dents in the hood of the vehicle.• In the other, he allegedly positioned his pick-up truck across Route 903 and told police he had a bomb in the vehicle.Hearings for both cases were held last week before District Judge Edward Lewis of Jim Thorpe. Lewis found enough evidence cases to forward the charges to court.Brozoski remains lodged in Carbon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000, 10 percent bail.Screams at woman:'Call the ..... cops!'The alleged road rage incident happened on Aug. 12 at about 8:45 a.m. on Route 903 near Bear Creek Lakes.Trooper Anthony Kingsley of the Lehighton barracks of the state police is the arresting officer.The police officer said he was informed by Kristin J. Zammito that she was traveling north on Route 903 when a blue pick-up truck (later identified as Brozoski) passed her at a high rate of speed.Trooper Kingsley said Zammito told her that when Brozoski passed her, there were several vehicles in front of her and there was also oncoming traffic. Zammito slowed her vehicle to let Brozoski get in front of her.Brozoski pulled in front of her and locked up the brakes.The trooper says in his affidavit, "At this time the driver (Brozoski) got out of his vehicle and charged Zammito's vehicle, screaming. Brozoski then struck Zammito's hood of her vehicle several times with closed fists leaving several large dents in the hood."Brozoski went to a service station, with Zammito following him there while phoning 9-1-1.At the service station, Brozoski screamed at Zammito to "call the f..... cops; go ahead call the f.... cops," according to Trooper Kingsley. The police officer said Brozoski then fled the scene in his vehicle.Damage to Zammito's car was estimated at $1,983.90.Brozoski was charged with criminal mischief/damage real or personal property, disorderly conduct/obscene, driving under suspension/DUI-ARD, overtaking vehicle on left, impeding movement of traffic prohibited, careless driving, and reckless driving.Says he has bomb &gun; tosses bottlesThe matter involving Brozoski blocking Route 903 with his pick-up truck in the vicinity of the Dom & Ali Restaurant, Penn Forest Township, occurred on Aug. 19 at about 5:50 a.m.Trooper Kingsley was the arresting officer in this incident, too.The trooper said he was dispatched to this scene "for the report of a white male located inside of a blue (pickup).....parked across SR903 blocking both lanes of traffic.""At this time an unknown passing motorist related that he went to help Brozoski and that he stated he had a bomb inside his truck and that he also had a .357 magnum handgun with him," the trooper said in his affidavit. "Brozoski threw a small copper object from his truck at us and yelled, 'It's a grenade.'"Trooper Kingsley said he tried speaking with Brozoski several times via the speaker of his patrol car, but Brozoski yelled at him, "You're a f..... puss. I'm going to blow you up. F... you."Throughout the situation, the trooper said he observed Brozoski drinking several bottles of beer, then tossing the glass bottles from the vehicle. The glass smashed on the highway.After 2 1/2 hours, troopers approached the vehicle. Brozoski told them he wanted to speak with the FBI.No bomb was located in the pick-up truck.Brozoski was charged with terroristic threats/serious inconvenience, disorderly conduct/hazardous condition, driving under suspension/DUI-ARD while DUI, obstructing highways and other public passages, propulsion of missiles into an occupied vehicle or onto a roadway, threat to use weapons of mass destruction, littering, and possession of alcoholic beverage.A charge of disorderly conduct/obscene was dismissed by Judge Lewis.
