A Tamaqua man has been cited for defiant trespass following an incident at Fegley's Mini Mart on Nov. 29.

Store personnel contacted police after James Edward Thomas Gilson, 18, last known address of 223 W. Rowe St., came to the store and began pacing back and forth outside the door. Gilson had been arrested for retail theft at the store on Nov. 7 and warned not to go back.The incident took place at 6 p.m.
