Watro Jr., 201 S. Hancock St., McAdoo, was granted a divorce from Tonya K. Watro, Chesapeake, Va. They were married Sept. 4, 1998.Elizabeth Holzer, Shenandoah, was granted a divorce from Phillip Holzer, Schuylkill Haven. They were married Jan. 1, 2011.Lori A. Moore was granted a divorce from Kintay D. Moore, both of Pottsville. They were married Sept. 17, 1999.Harold Michael was granted a divorce from Fawn Michael, both of Ringtown. They were married March 26, 2004.Jennie L. Bender was granted a divorce from Ronald D. Bender, both of Pine Grove. They were married Dec. 23, 2004.Warrant hearingsAli Lasanta Walton, 22, of 12 W. Broad St., Apt. 201, Tamaqua, after a court hearing had the bench warrant against her dissolved by Judge Charles M. Miller and he was remanded to the county prison to await a hearing on the revocation of is parole.Walton had been found guilty by a jury last November of a charge of theft of a cell phone belonging to Jill Caton, 14 W. Broad St., Apt. 1, Tamaqua, and after serving 105 days in prison was released on parole. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest on July 8, 2011, by President Judge William E. Baldwin after he was declared to be an "absconder" while on parole because he failed to report to his parole officer when required, failed to get permission to change his address, failed to get permission to travel out-of-state, and attempted to board a plane in Puerto Rico without a boarding pass.Larry M. Phillips, Schuylkill Haven, had his bench warrant dissolved by Judge James P. Goodman and remanded to prison. The court ruled his address must be verified before he is released on bail.A warrant was issued because he failed to appear at a magisterial district judge's office last Nov. 30 for a preliminary hearing. He faces a charge of theft of property belonging to Robert Krammes, Schuylkill Haven, brought by Patrolman Warren G Firing.Tried by juryBrian T. Stravinsky, 27, Mahanoy City, was found not guilty by a jury of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and the trial judge, Judge John E. Domalakes, found him not guilty of three summary charges, failing to drive at a safe speed, careless driving, and disorderly conduct. He was cited by Shenandoah Patrolman Michael O'Neill.
