State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following crashes investigated by troopers.

Nagle, 29, of Pine Grove, was driving a 2007 Volkswagen Jetta westbound on Manheim Road.

Troopers said Adams had a steady red light and applied the brakes but they failed and he continued into the intersection with his truck striking the Jetta.

Nagle sustained a minor injury and was taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson St., Pottsville. Adams was not injured.

Horning, 61, of Pine Grove, was operating a 2009 Mercedes-Benz E350 northbound. While attempting to pass another vehicle Weinus crossed into the northbound lane and collided with Horning's vehicle.

Weinus, Horning and a one-year-old female with her, were all not injured. Troopers cited Weinus for driving on roadways laned for traffic.

A two vehicle crash was reported about 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 18, along the Gordon Nagle Trail (SR901), in North Manheim Township. Troopers said William H. Harrington, 40, of Shenandoah, was driving a 1993 Toyota Corolla northbound while Catherine T. Silvestri, 84, of Ashland, operating a 2006 Hyundai Sonata, was exiting a parking lot on the east side and attempting a left turn.

As Silvestri traveled across the northbound lane the front of the Corolla struck the driver's side of the Sonata.

Silvestri, Harrington and his passenger, Dallas W. Harrington, 8, were all injured and taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center-E. Norwegian St., Pottsville.

Troopers cited Silvestri for vehicles entering or crossing a roadway while Harrington was cited for restraint systems violation.

A three vehicle accident was reported about 9:55 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 19, along SR61, near Red Church Road, in West Brunswick Township. Troopers said Suzanne M. Sasuta, 50, of Orwigsburg, operating a 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLS 500, was northbound in the left lane while Lori L. Knittle, 34, of Orwigsburg, driving a 2002 Toyota 4Runner, and a 17-year-old male from Orwigsburg, driving a 1998 Ford Explorer, were both stopped in front of Sasuta.

Sasuta's vehicle struck the rear of the Toyota pushing it into the rear of the Explorer. Sasuta and Knittle sustained minor injuries but did not require immediate medical attention. The teen and his passenger, Holly A. Kirby, 19, of Orwigsburg, were not injured.

Troopers cited Sasuta for following too closely.
