Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on several arrests made by officers in recent days.

On June 16 about 9:16 p.m. officers responded to a burglary report at 2701 Devon Road, in Pocono Farms East in Tobyhanna. Upon arrival officers were advised no burglary occurred. While on scene a 15-year-old male juvenile from Tobyhanna arrived who had an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident. A search of the juvenile revealed marijuana and a white powder substance. The juvenile was then charged and transported to a detention center in Lehigh County pending juvenile court action.On May 20 about 1:15 a.m. officers were assisting state police along Hellers Lane with a home visit check. At the scene officers found Kirk Smallwood, 20, of Charlotte, N.C., a guest at the home. He was found to have marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession. He was cited for the drug violations and released.Two arrests for public drunkenness were reported.On Saturday, June 19, about noon, officers were called to 2370 Winding Way Lot412, for a 9-1-1 hangup call. Upon arrival officers were told by the home owner, Eric Schecter, that a male residing at the home was drunk and causing problems. The male was identified as Harry Campbell III, 42, of Tobyhanna. Campbell was visibly intoxicated and causing a disturbance, police said. He was taken into custody, charged and then placed in the county prison in Snydersville pending arraignment.On Sunday, June 20, about 9:40 p.m. officers were on patrol along SR940 at Church St., in Pocono Pines, when they made contact with a male, identified as William Dewitsky, 62, of Pocono Pines. He was found to be under the influence. He was cited and released at his home.On June 15 about 10:12 p.m. officers responded to an alarm in Stillwater Lakes at the guard shack on Woodland Drive. Upon arrival officers were told by security personnel that Darry Normil, 22, of 509 Thunder Drive, Pocono Summit, threw a smoke grenade into the guard shack which set off the fire alarm.Normil claimed it was an accident. He was cited for disorderly conduct.On Sunday, June 20, about 7:46 p.m. officers were on foot patrol in the Pocono Country Place E-Club when they received a complaint of harassment. According to a 17-year-old male, he was punched in the face by another male who then left the scene. The other male was identified as Elijah Sumpter, 18, of Tobyhanna. Officers later made contact with Sumpter, who admitted striking the teen. He was cited for harassment.
