She was inducted into the Lehigh Valley Basketball Hall of Fame for her outstanding high school career at Palmerton.

This past winter, Nicole Levandusky added another honor to her list.Xavier University inducted Levandusky into XU's Athletic Hall of Fame.Levandusky, the Atlantic 10's Defensive Player of the Year in 2001 and a First Team All-League selection in both the 1999-00 and 2000-01 seasons, was a standout on both ends of the court.She is fourth on Xavier's all-time scoring list with 1,755 career points and holds the school record with 287 made three-point field goals. Equally or more impressive than the points, though, are Levandusky's school-record 364 steals. Her record total outpaces the second-highest steals total by a remarkable 177 thefts.A complete player, Nicole finished the 1998-99 season ranked 16th in the nation in three point-point field goal percentage (42.9 percent) and an impressive 10th in the nation in three-point field goals made per game (2.85), which assisted the team with a then school record 24-win season and first appearance in an A-10 Championship final.In the Musketeers' first NCAA tournament win, on March 12, 1999, Levandusky scored 23 points in the 85-71 victory over Florida International. That outstanding NCAA performance was just the first of many. During the 2001 NCAA Elite Eight appearance she averaged 18.7 points per game including a 19-point six-rebound effort during the program's signature 80-65 win over No. 3 Tennessee. For her efforts, Levandusky earned a spot on the 2001 NCAA All-Mideast Region Team after leading XU to a 31-3 mark.She followed her collegiate career to play one season with the Los Angeles Sparks and they won the WNBA title that year.The three inductees will bring Xavier's Athletic Hall of Fame to 105 individuals.This past year, Levandusky began her high school head coaching career leading Cincinnati, Ohio's Notre Dame Academy to a 20-11 record and a district championship.During her high school career at Palmerton, she scored 2,662 points, the most in Blue Bombers history.Over her four-year career, the Lady Bombers, under head coach Rodney Strohl compiled a record of 101-15. During her senior season, the Blue Bombers had a 31-game winning streak and reached the Eastern final before losing. Levandusky averaged 22.5 points per game in her senior year and Palmerton won both the Colonial League and District 11 2A titles.Levandusky also holds the school's single-game record with 52 points against Northern Lehigh in 1997.
