Compost workshop

The Penn State Master Gardeners of Schuylkill County will conduct a composting workshop on June 16, from 6-8 p.m., at Sweet Arrow Lake Clubhouse. All Schuylkill County residents are eligible to attend. Pre-composting bins will be available for those who pre-register before June 9. Seating is limited.The workshop offers tips on turning old leaves and yard trimmings into rich, dark compost.The clubhouse is located in Pine Grove. The service will include the Rite of Confirmation and Reaffirmation of Baptism as well as the celebration of Holy Communion.
