The Schuylkill County Master Gardener's program will present a water wise recycling program on March 20, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the Schuylkill County Ag center Conference Room, 1202 Ag Center Dr., Pottsville. The program is open to all county homeowners interested in protecting the local watershed and conserving natural resources.
