Winter carnival

The Good News Club is sponsoring a Winter Carnival on Saturday, Feb. 20, from 2-4 p.m., at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. Registration will begin at 1:30 p.m.All children between the ages of 2-11 are welcome to participate, but must be accompanied by an adult.The event is free and will include face painting, balloon animals and more.TOPSThe Tamaqua Chapter of Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) meets every Wednesday, from 6-8 p.m., in the Tamaqua Salvation Army Community Center, 105 W.
