Mahoning Township Police have charged a man with careless driving after a crash with injuries on Sept. 5 on Route 443 at the Farmer's Market.

A westbound jeep driven by Justin Gombert of Lehighton had stopped to turn into the Farmers Market parking lot when his vehicle was rear ended by a Subaru driven by Kody Strouse of Lansford.

As a result of the investigation Strouse has been charged with careless driving.
