Pocono Mountain Regional police are investigating an attempted abduction that happened Wednesday along Route 940 in Mount Pocono.

Police are looking for a white man driving a dark colored pickup. The incident happened near Devil's Hole Road.The victim was walking on the shoulder of the road at 6 p.m. when the man pulled over and and threatened the victim, who was able to escape.Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police at 570-895-2400.
