Trinity happenings

Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., Lehighton, will hold Father's Day services, on the Fourth Sunday after Pentecost at 9 a.m. Sunday, June 16. The service will include holy communion. Installation of Vacation Bible School staff will also occur. The Rev. Guy Grube presides. Coffeehouse fellowship follows.

Community Vacation Bible School will be held June 16-20, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. for children age 3 through grade six. The program theme is "Everywhere Fun Fair. Where God's World Comes Together." Register by contacting the church office at (610) 377-4303. Registration is free.

A Service of Healing will be held during the June 30 worship service.

A free Contemporary Christian music concert by Spokefolk will be held July 7 at 7 p.m. Spokefolk is a faith-based group on a 12-day biking and music ministry tour. Trinity is among the stops which include Catasauqua, Bear Creek Township (Wilkes-Barre), Mountaintop and Richlandtown.

The Barnstormers concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, July 13. The members are from throughout the New England states. They give only three concerts per year. The 50-member choral group sing a mixture of oldies, pop, spiritual and patriotic tunes. Admission is free.
