A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred about 3:30 p.m., April 9 at 2116 White Pine Drive in Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said Gregory William Tucker, 22, Saylorsburg, is charged with pushing then grabbing Kevin James Tucker, 53, also of Saylorsburg, at the residence. The victim sustained injuries to his wrist.Troopers said Gregory Tucker was taken into custody and charged with simple assault and harassment. While being processed at the county prison in Snydersville, two small packets of heroin were found on his person. An additional charge of drug possession was also filed in the case.Troopers did not indicate the relationship of the defendant to the victim.
