Auto crash suit

Barbara Braswell, individually and as parent and natural guardian of Todd Lawrence, 57 Chippewa Trail, Albrightsville; Colleen Dykas, individually and as parent and natural guardian of Zachary Dykas, 12 Jane Court, Albrightsville; and Ali Capobianco, individually and has parent or natural guardian of Ali Capobianc Jr., 15 E. Port Rd., Albrightsville, filed suit against Carl E. Hinkson, 190 Broad Mountain View, Jim Thorpe.

The suit states on Oct. 10, 2012, an auto accident occurred along SR903 in Penn Forest Township, involving vehicles operated by Minique Jean-Paul Obialo, and the defendant. The three minor plaintiffs were passengers in the vehicle operated by Obialo.

The suit alleges that the minor plaintiffs all sustained injuries that are detailed in the suit.

Negligence is alleged against the defendant and sought are damages in excess of the amount of jurisdictional limit allowed by the county court.

Discover Bank, New Castle, Del., filed two actions as follows: Dennis S. Rosohac, 106 W. Patterson St., Lansford, seeking $7,087.90; and Bruce Mosek, 121 S. Ninth St., Lehighton, seeking $4,798.72.

Hop Energy, West Chester, filed an against against Jessica Strubinger, 504 Pine St., Jim Thorpe, for services rendered and seeking $2,122.24.
