State police at Lehighton are investigating a burglary in Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County.

Someone entered three housing units at 477 Sand Quarry Road, owned by Michael Carty, 71, of Palmerton. The units are undergoing renovation, and the burglars damaged windows, piping and air conditioning units.Police ask that anyone with information about the incident call them at (610) 377-4270.
