A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following an incident on Saturday a 1:10 p.m. in Ashland.

State police at Frackville said Joshua John Deeter, 31, of Ashland, has been charged with criminal mischief for an incident at the home of a 56-year-old Market Street man.

Troopers said the suspect forced open a second-story bedroom window causing damages to it. Damages were estimated at $75.
