Kevin Smith updates the mural in Tamaqua with a painting of the name of a veteran, Josiah Poh.

He fought in major battles of the Civil War such as Antietam, Chancellorsville, and Second Battle Bull Run.

Poh lived in Tamaqua with his wife, Sudan, and two children in 1860. Poh enlisted in 1861, and was killed in the battle of Gettysburg in 1863.
