Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

DUI:

Ryan Cebrosky, 25, Palmerton, was charged with four counts of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving under suspension, for an incident Aug. 31 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Possession of drug paraphernalia:

Cassandra Rivera, 20, Lehighton, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Nov. 14 in the 500 block of Alley F.

Dora Stoeckel, 42, Palmerton, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Nov. 11 in the 400 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Jonathan Strohl, 28, Lehighton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Nov. 14 in the 500 block of Alley F.

Prohibited offensive weapons:

Ruben Ortiz, 28, Slatedale, was charged for an incident Nov. 14 in the 500 block of Alley F.

Simple assault:

Christina Roberts, 34, Palmerton, was charged with simple assault and harassment, for an incident Dec. 23 in the 500 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Harassment:

A citation was filed against an 11-year-old Slatington male for harassment, for an incident Dec. 8 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

Theft:

Robert Werner, 36, Jim Thorpe, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property, for an incident Dec. 22 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Criminal trespass:

Yvonne Hineline, 19, Palmerton, was charged with criminal trespass, for an incident Dec. 22 in the 200 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Retail theft:

Brenton Gruber, 33, Palmerton, was charged with retail theft, for an incident Dec. 17 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Citations:

Police also issued five citations each for speeding and for traffic violations, as well as three for vehicle violations.
