LCCC to hold religious panel discussion

Lehigh Carbon Community College's Diversity Committee will host a panel discussion entitled "What Do People Believe? An Introduction to World Religions" at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Lisa Scheller-Wayne Woodman Community Services Center, Room 201, main campus in Schnecksville.

The panelists feature the following religious leaders, who represent a variety of faiths. To date, panelists include:• Peter Pettit, Ph.D., associate professor of religion and director of the Institute for Jewish-Christian Understanding at Muhlenberg College• Rabbi Michael Singer, Congregation Brith Sholom, Bethlehem• James West, Moravian College, representing the Baha'i faith• Rabbi Melody Davis, Temple Covenant of Peace, EastonThe event is free.
