State police at Schuylkill Haven said Edward T. Gaydos III, 51, and Gale L. Matthews, 44, both of 10 School Rd., Hegins, Hubley Township, engaged in a verbal argument that turned physical about 8:15 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 22.During the altercation Matthews punched Gaydos in the arm and Gaydos then pushed Matthews in the right arm.Both were issued citations for harassment, troopers said.
