Fireworks

The Nesquehoning police and mayor will be enforcing the fireworks code in the borough on July 4. They will be driving around with extra police on to make sure the community of Nesquehoning remains safe from illegal fire works.Anyone not obeying the law will be fined.CoaldaleOffice closedThe Coaldale borough administrative office will be closed Monday, July 5, in observance of the July 4 holiday. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday.
